This term has been used quite frequently to describe many different concepts. However you define it, being in the present, taking a deep breath to focus, counting to 10 slowly…research has validated that being “mindful” increases health benefits. Being conscious of what you do each day helps eliminate long term health problems and reduces every day stress. In 2017, work with me to gain clarity in your life and practice mindfulness.
